'Tuscan Blue' is an upright rosemary with thick, aromatic, deep green leaves and a strong, resinous flavor that stands up to roasted potatoes, lamb, and focaccia. It is a workhorse in a container or a sunny garden bed, hardy in zones 8–10, and it produces pale blue flowers that bees adore. Ours arrives established in a 6" pot, raised without synthetic pesticides. Give it full sun and sharp drainage, and resist the urge to overwater. Rosemary is generally considered safe for cats and dogs in normal quantities.
