Three matte-black planters in graduated sizes stack together into a compact vertical garden that fits a corner of a patio or balcony. The largest tier holds a deep-rooted plant or trailing herbs, the middle tier suits annuals, and the top tier is just right for a small succulent or a pot of chives. Each layer has its own drainage holes, and an internal system routes excess water down to the base so nothing drips onto the floor. The tiers are made from recycled polypropylene that is lightweight, frost proof, and easy to clean. You can also use the three pieces separately as individual pots.
